By submitting an application through our recruitment page, the candidate explicitly indicates their interest in working with us. The personal data provided in this context will be used and stored exclusively for job search and application purposes.
Specifically, we collect the following data:
Only authorized employees from the HR department or those involved in the selection process will have access to this data.
Personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of filling the position for which the candidate has applied.
Candidate data will be retained for 730 days after the selection process has concluded to comply with legal obligations or for the defense of claims. After this period, we are required to delete or anonymize the data. From then on, the data will only be available as metadata without direct personal references for statistical purposes (e.g., percentage of male and female applicants, number of applications per period, etc.).
Additionally, we reserve the right to store candidate data in our talent pool for 730 days after the selection process ends, in order to identify any other suitable positions that may be of interest. This also applies to applications for training or internship positions. By accepting the privacy policy, the candidate expressly consents to the extended retention of their data and its inclusion in our talent pool.
If the candidate receives and accepts a job offer during the selection process, the personal data collected will be retained for at least the duration of the employment relationship.
5. Data Transfer to Third Parties
The data provided as part of the application process is transmitted using TLS encryption and stored in a database. This database is operated by Personio GmbH, which provides candidate and human resources management software ( https://www.personio.es/legal-notice/ ). In this context, Personio acts as our data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
The basis for this processing is the execution of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between us, as the data controller, and Personio.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
As the responsible entity processing personal data, we recognize that candidates, as data subjects, have specific rights under Chapter III of the GDPR, depending on the legal basis and purposes of the data processing. These rights include the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and the right to object (Article 21 GDPR).
